Return Guidelines
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final Sale items and accessories are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The Process
To begin a return, email backbaycompany1@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your items back to our Mount Pleasant headquarters.
Refunds & Processing
Once inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Rates and Free Shipping
We want to make getting your gear simple and affordable. Our shipping tiers are designed with you in mind:
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S.
- Calculated Rates: For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's journey directly via the carrier's website to ensure a smooth arrival.
